- Click on “Shopping Cart” on the navigation bar at the top of the website to see your purchases.
- Canceling Purchases
- Click on “Shopping Cart” on the navigation bar at the top of the website to see your purchases. Select the items you wish the cancel by selecting the check boxes next to them. Then, click “delete”.
- Bulk Purchase
- Currently, we have discounts for bulk purchase, only for corporate or institutional customers at the moment.
- Cannot purchase.
- Please ensure to enable Javascript and cookies for the web browsers in order to purchase our products.
Payment & Pricing
- Taxation
- Taxation here refers to “Goods & Services Tax”, imposed by the Government of the Republic of Singapore and it’s 7% rate as of 2011.
- However, please do note that purchase via payment gateways might be subjected to value-added tax in customers’ respective countries.
- Billing Information
- Billing Information is required in order to verify that purchase is done by the credit card holder or owner of the e-commerce payment account holder.
- We require customers to state if they are purchase for themselves or on behalf of an organization for recording purposes.
- Payment Modes
- Currently, we only accept payment from the following payment modes:
- Credit Card
- PayPal
- Avangate
- Digital River
- We do not accept payment from any other gateway or sources.
- Currencies
- Currently, we bill our customers only in United States dollars (US$). No other currencies are accepted at this moment.
Promotion
- Software bundles
- Sometimes we package our most popular software in a bundle to be sold for a limited period only. Please check back with us on our website regularly when we announce the special deals.
- Discounts
- For limited periods only, we offer discounts on our product range. Please check back with us on our website regularly when we announce our discounts.
Problems with Orders
- I can’t open the file. Product is corrupted.
- Please check your Internet connection and try the download link again. Else, please send us a message via Contact Us, detailing your situation. We will assist you in getting you product working.
- I like an exchange of a non-working product.
- Please send us a message via Contact Us, detailing your situation. We are happy to exchange your product for a working one.
- I have not yet received the product
- Please check that you have made an order with us. If yes, please kindly wait as we could have been replenishing stock and will send you the product as soon as possible.
- I had made my order, I like to cancel it.
- Please send us a message via Contact Us, detailing your situation. We will cancel the order on our end with your consent.
Refunds
- I have not received the refund.
- Please check that you have input the correct bank account when purchasing and had checked the said account. Else, please send us a message via Contact Us and we will rectify it as soon as possible.
- Incorrect refund
- Please note the purchase reference number and send us a message with the reference number, detailing the incorrect refund and products purchased.
Delivery
- Electronic delivery
- All products sold are delivered via electronic methods, meaning customers have to download the products into their computers upon purchase.
- When downloading, please ensure that you have a stable and reliable Internet connection.
- CD-ROM/DVD-ROM delivery
- Customers can request that their purchases come in CD-ROM or DVD-ROM format. Please note that extra charges will be incurred due to costs of shipping.
- Before sending our CD-ROM or DVD-ROM, we ensured the media to be in good playable condition. Please check the product for any defect and if any, we could do an exchange.
- Shipping time depends on our partner courier and the destination countries as our centre of operation is in the Republic of Singapore.
- Other methods
- Currently we can only deliver our products via electronic method or courier delivery for the CD-ROM and DVD-ROM. Please visit us regularly when we post news for the latest products.
- I have not yet receive my CD-ROM/DVD-ROM and it’s overdue.
- Please send us a message via Contact Us and we will look into where the CD-ROM/DVD-ROM is.
